French Subsidiaries of International Groups
PCG accounting, tax return package, tax pack, bridge GAAP—we handle all accounting and tax compliance for your French entity, entirely in English, while meeting the expectations of your parent company.
Does this sound like you?
Your group accounting is prepared under US GAAP or IFRS, but your French entity must file its financial statements in accordance with PCG—and no one knows how to bridge the gap.
Your headquarters expects a tax pack and a GAAP bridge every quarter, but your local service provider has never heard of these terms.
None of the local contacts speak English—every conversation with your accountant is a guessing game.
You're worried about a tax audit and aren't sure whether your FEC, intra-EU VAT, and CVAE are in compliance.

Our goal for professionals: to turn your professional expertise into a lasting legacy—with the right legal, tax, and accounting tools.

Questions we often get asked
Our company uses NetSuite—can you work directly in it?
Yes. We are experienced in working with ERP systems such as NetSuite and SAP. We adapt to your existing setup and can implement the accounting bridge directly within the system according to your specifications.
Are your services provided in English?
Yes, entirely. All of our communications—emails, reports, reconciliation memos, and follow-up meetings—are available in English. We serve as the bridge between your English-speaking headquarters and the French-speaking French administration.
Do you handle payroll for our French employees?
Payroll in France is complex and highly regulated. We work closely with our partners who are experts in labor law to handle pay stubs, nominative social security declarations (DSN), and all obligations related to employees in France.
What is an FEC, and why is it important?
The FEC (Accounting Entries File) is a standardized file that the French tax authorities may require during an audit. Every entity must be able to produce it within a few hours. We ensure that your FEC remains compliant at all times—this is an essential safeguard against tax risks.
What is the difference between a subsidiary and a branch in France?
A subsidiary (SAS, SARL, etc.) is a separate legal entity with its own legal personality—the parent company’s liability is limited. A branch is a permanent establishment without its own legal personality. The tax obligations differ significantly between the two.
How long does it take to set up the accounting system for a new subsidiary?
For a newly created entity, the full setup process—opening accounts, configuring the ERP system, filing initial reports, and performing a GAAP bridge—typically takes 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity. We plan everything with you as soon as the agreement is signed.
