One-off advice and remote consultation

We receive a high volume of requests, including many one-off questions that require careful analysis and tailored answers. Providing relevant and reliable guidance takes time not only during the call itself, but also through preparation and administrative work carried out in the background.

Charging for consultations allows us to maintain a high level of service, availability, and quality, while ensuring that each request is handled properly. Our fees also remain significantly lower than typical lawyer consultations.

Our approach goes beyond answering a single, isolated question. We aim to provide a broader, strategic view of each situation, taking into account tax, social security, corporate and operational considerations when relevant. When a matter requires highly specialised legal expertise, we can of course refer you to trusted lawyers within our professional network.

Finally, when a consultation with us leads to an ongoing engagement with a monthly retainer above a defined threshold, the consultation fee is fully credited against future invoices.
